Veda is a local Registered Nurse with a background in helping to empower women to reach their optimum health. Using clinical, nutritional and wellness coaching techniques, Veda will work with you as your coach, encouraging you to make small changes to your diet and activity, leading to truly optimum health- not simply a fad or crash diet.
Each month, you will have your coaching session with Veda, setting, tracking and improving wellness goals on YOUR terms. As a proponent of living a truly fulfilling and health-centered life, Veda will be your guide, friend and confidante. The goal is about intention and helping to improve your habits and lifestyle, not perfection.
In a typical session, we will review/improve your customized meal plan, local specials on healthy food, discuss any physical or emotional concerns and most importantly, taking a holistic approach to coaching: a collaborative training experience that leads to you creating your new healthy path and sticking to it!
